By accessing or using Ergonik's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Ergonik provides an AI-powered HR intelligence platform including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and related services.

These terms also cover Ergonik Talent, our AI-assisted recruiting platform, and Ergonik Interview, its Microsoft Teams app.

• Ergonik Interview requires an active Ergonik Talent account. It works in interview meetings scheduled from Ergonik Talent.
• Recording and transcription are started in Microsoft Teams, not by Ergonik. The customer is responsible for informing candidates and interviewers, and for obtaining any consent that applicable law requires, before recording, transcribing or evaluating an interview.
• AI-assisted evaluations support the recruiter's judgment. Hiring decisions are made by the customer; Ergonik does not hire or reject candidates.
• Your use of Microsoft Teams is also subject to Microsoft's terms. How Ergonik handles personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Ergonik and protected by intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergonik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
